BAU Farm Foundation

We train farmers — beginning growers, specialty crop producers, and anyone ready to build a durable operation — in regenerative agriculture on a working model farm. Real skills, real ground, real food.

What the Foundation does

Three commitments guide everything we build for farmers.

Regenerative training

Soil health, rotational grazing, no-till systems, and market gardening taught hands-on at our model farm.

Small cohorts, real mentors

A tuition-free 3-day intensive in groups of ten, led by experienced farmer mentors across the Southeast US.

Pathways to land

Business planning, land access, and equipment connections so graduates can launch operations of their own.

Our mission

To put more farmers on the land by delivering practical, tuition-free regenerative agriculture training to beginning and specialty crop farmers.

Our vision

A Southeast where every aspiring farmer — regardless of background — has the skills, mentors, and land access to build a lasting operation.
